Reichert® has discontinued the manufacture of the Reichert® UNISTAT Bilirubinometer instrument. Reichert will continue to provide Disposable Specimen Cuvettes and accessories that will allow the continued operation of bilirubinometers currently in medical practices, hospitals, and laboratories. UNISTAT Bilirubinometers are robust in design and operation, and have countless customers with units that have been satisfactorily operating for decades. Reichert will continue to offer technical repair service on these instruments. Existing customers can rest assured that they can continue to take this important Total Serum Bilirubin measurement for their new born patient population.
